Our Concept

We are building an organically developed "Local" search engine for every smaller community nationwide.  We are paying  local experts to ensure quality of service and information about businesses (and other entities) within the immediate local community.

We include 100% of every business (and other entities) of every smaller community on each local search engine website.  All establishments are listed for free on the local registry and businesses and entities are invited to subscribe (for a small fee) with a URL link to their existing web presence.  If an establishment does not already have a web presence, we can affordably and quickly build one for them.  This allows local and nearby internet users within a 50 radius to "drill down" to conduct specific information research about any particular establishment.  These "ready to buy" internet users can then contact or visit the establishment to make the desired purchase.

This service vastly improves the quality of "true" local search in the immediate smaller community.  It also provides a realistic platform  for businesses and other entities to advertise/market to local and nearby folks, and thus, improve the local economy through increased prosperity.  Sincere local residents (that we pay commissions to) are used as our experts on the streets, and, they earn a significant annual income on a full-time or part-time basis.  The key to their success is having a genuine interest in making the "local" internet work better for their local community.  

This is a win-win-win-win situation.  Local (and nearby) internet users find what they want to purchase "locally", businesses (and other entities) located on the local "Main Street" increase patronage & profits, and, our local representatives (you) earn a fantastic commission for each sale you make to link (and build) web presences of local establishments to the local search engine.

Ultimately, we'll enable every business/entity in every smaller community (nationwide) to have a web presence linked to our overall search engine system for maximum research capabilities.  This is true local search!

Therefore, although having a local focus, our service is nationwide in scope and covers more than 3,300 counties in the USA.  What's more, each individual smaller community on our service is linked together in a common "library type" format through our All American Communities flagship website.

Part-time Jobs

We use local residents as our experts on the streets to ensure that the immediate local community is comprehensively and fairly represented on the internet.  Any qualified person in any community (nationwide) can participate on a part-time level.  The focus will be on the immediate local community.

This is a "grass roots" organic approach because these local residents play a major role in the completeness and accuracy of our local information.  Although independent contractors (not employees of Local Computerized Services), these representatives must have a sincere interest in helping to make the internet work better for the local community.  It must be their sincere desire to have each and every business (and other entities) represented on the "local" search engine for their smaller community.

Thousands of sincere folks (nationwide) will help to accomplish our national goals for all smaller communities.  These independent contractors will work at their own pace and on a part-time basis.  Some will eventually want to do this on a full-time basis for greater earnings.  However, most will work part-time to build out their local community online while making as much money as they individually require.

We pay only commissions for every sale made (50% per sale).  This may translate into a very significant income for local representatives of our service.  In fact, most of our services are periodic subscriptions.  This means that each sale is renewable, and thereby, creating the opportunity to build a strong annual income for full-time representatives (also known as "Online Mayors").

Retirees

Retirees make great local representatives for All American Communities.  They are usually well known and well respected in their local communities and have instant rapport with many businesses (and other entities) within their local areas.  Very often, retirees want to keep busy with meaningful projects after long careers of full-time work.  As local experts in their own hometowns, retirees can make significant part-time incomes while helping their local economy to grow and prosper.

Whether or not a retiree is familiar with how the internet and search engines work, they can usually still have a significant impact on leading their community towards a more effective way to grow and prosper online.  By simply pointing businesses and other entities towards the All American Communities service, a retiree can make a tremendous contribution towards the building up of a stronger local economy for each hometown.

Baby Boomers

Online Mayors & Franchising

Although not political in any respect, we've tagged the name "Online Mayor" for those who wish to make the All American Communities service their new career path.  These are full-time local representatives that have successfully advanced from the part-time level.

Such a person shoulders a level of increased responsibility to the local community, and, is so focused on the purpose behind our service that they will position themselves to qualify as a future franchise owner.  Once qualified as a franchisee, these online mayors extend our service in a variety of ways that generate significantly more income than is available to a typical  local representative (who makes only commissions).

Online Mayors can be a sincere person in the community regardless of age, influence, experience, etc.  The key to their ambition will be to spread the All American Communities concept as far and wide as possible in their local community.  This means that they will seek additional ways and markets to promote this service near their existing local community.  Clearly, an online mayor is someone who works full-time to maximize the service in the local community.  These very successful people will be considered first for a local franchise.

Once awarded a franchise, you will be responsible for more, earn more, and, require more help.  This translates into jobs creation in your local community.  As you begin to offer additional online services provided by Local Computerized Services, the franchise will grow exponentially.  In fact, top performing franchises may own more than one local territory.  In short, it is likely that top notch franchises can earn tremendous incomes in each local community that they are awarded a franchise.
